2 hour session $100

Cost includes preparatory work regarding your intake forms and appropriate research prior to meeting, a 2 hour in-person get together, as well as a follow up call.

These consultations are for those who want to learn more about herbs but perhaps feel daunted and would like some help getting started. To be able to ask questions of a real person versus a website. It’s for those who know a lot or just a little bit about health and wellness but seek accountability or guidance to follow through with their aspirations. For the woman who wants to dive deep but is intimidated by all the internet ‘information’ about herbal remedies. It’s for the woman who relies on nightly glasses of wine to cope with the insanity of current events and the overwhelm of motherhood. It’s for the woman who wants to restore her gut microbiome and learn about truly nurturing her body. For the mom who wants to ease her child’s tender tummy through herbs versus a store-bought product. It’s for the woman who feels called to work with the plants and our beautiful Earth in order to enrich and empower their life force and those closest to them. What to expect in an Herbal Consultation:

Prior to our meeting I’ll email you a questionnaire to be filled out by you that will help me better understand your story, issue/s you’d like to work on, personal constitution, allergies and any medications. Any and all answers are confidential and conversations are considered sacred space. Then we set a time to meet in-person.*

Prior to our one and a half hour-two hour, meeting, I’ll ask you to fill out more information via an emailed intake form. (A gentle reminder that you do not need to answer any questions about your health or life story that you do not wish to.) After reading through your response, I’ll take notes and research as seems appropriate and within scope. Then we’ll set up a time to meet and discuss possible scenarios and helpful hints regarding what you’re seeking information on. If wanted a follow up call is also included.
