What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

For apothecary products, shipping is within one to seven business days after order is received. We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping, first class or priority mailers. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once the order is sent out. Flat rate of $10 on orders.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping varies quite a bit and is more of a hassle so it is no longer an option via the checkout. If however you are really wanting physical products and are willing to pay the extra costs of shipping and handling, please email: emily@archaicjoy.com and we can discuss it further.

Where’s the product(s) I used to order?

As I’ve grown, moved and shifted, so has this business. Reach out if there’s something specific you’re missing. Unless it’s the Devil’s Club Salve ~ I no longer craft this as I now live out of the bioregion where it grows abundantly.

How do I order wholesale?

Currently closed to wholesale orders.

I really want a consultation but they are all sold out, how can I get on a wait list?
