Disclaimer: While I have spent the vast majority of my adult life digging in the dirt, walking the land and learning the plants around me, immersed in books, online courses and listening to podcasts about herbalism and gardening, I have zero credentials aside from a completed Certificate of Herbal Studies from American College of Healthcare Sciences (formerly Australasian College of Health Sciences) in 2005 and being a mom to two kids and living on this Earth since 1978. I promote self-responsibility when it comes to health and growing and using your own plants.
